Keynote Speaker - Dr. Keith Delaplane is the author of beekeeper favorite books, First Lessons in Beekeeping and Crop Pollination by Bees. Dr. Delaplane is a Professor of Entomology at the University of Georgia and received his bachelor degree from the Purdue University and his MS and PhD from Louisiana State University.

School cost for those registering on-line on or before March 12 is $65 for the first adult in a household and $60 for any other adult over 18. Students, including college, are $25 each, children under 12 are $10. Registration includes lunch.
Walk up registration the day of the school is an additional $25 per person over the early bird rate. School enrollment is limited to the first 550. Please do not delay.

The event will be held August 18th – 20th at the Zilker Botanical Gardens in Austin, TX. All through the weekend you will have the opportunity to learn more about honey bees and beekeeping. On Saturday you can even take tours of apiaries located around Austin and Central Texas!
